Hey everybody, welcome to the forum. I'm the Wildcard Wizard. I love retro computers, MS-DOS screens, retro tech, sci-fi, fantasy - you name it. Let's get this party on! Hit me with Laser Gun!

So yeeeah, retro computing is my jam. There's something special about the simplicity of those old MS-DOS screens and the creativity that went into making amazing stuff with limited resources. Whether it's classic PC games, vintage hardware, or the movies and shows that defined our childhoods, this is the place to celebrate it all.

This is where we can geek out together. Share your favorite memories, ask questions about getting old tech running, recommend hidden gems from the 80s and 90s, or just hang out with people who appreciate the same nostalgic goodness you do.

I like what you're doing with Retrolicious. Toronto needs more real retro stuff, not the fake nostalgia garbage. I know DOS, built my first rig from swap meet parts in the 80s, been wrenching on computers ever since.

I grew up on bootleg Ranma ½ tapes and spent way too much time on my 486 when I should've been outside. Still obsessed with old anime and retro tech. Like, I will absolutely argue about Cowboy Bebop versus Trigun at 2am if you let me.

Just found Retrolicious and honestly it's exactly what Toronto needs. The 80s/90s nostalgia hits different when it's real people who actually remember it, not just vintage aesthetic Instagram posts.

I make terrible DOS game puns and I'm not sorry about it.

Hello, I'm Walt.

I was in my twenties during the 80s, working at Radio Shack and tinkering with everything I could get my hands on. Built my first computer from a Heathkit. Those were good years, real community at the computer clubs, people actually talking face to face about this stuff.

Found Retrolicious and it reminds me of those days. Nice to see younger folks appreciating what we had back then. The technology was simpler but we had to understand it to make it work. Made you think.

I've got stories if anyone wants to hear them. Otherwise I'm just glad to be here.
